Deputy Manager/Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: ASM- Modern Trade (Deputy Manager) Location: Mumbai, Chennai

Qualification: MBA ( Sales & Mktg.) preferred Exp. range: 3-7 Years

Reporting to: SM- Modern Trade Compensation: 8 to 10 lakhs per annum including 10% variable component

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Volume Ensuring achievement of planned volumes & market share

- Avoiding stock out (Dc to store connectivity & DOS at store level)

- Getting orders generated and executed

- Supply chain alignment

- Market Visit & Execution of visibility Availability of stocks

- Proper Visibility

- Training of In-store demonstrator

- Stock transfer at a store level

- Informing ISD's about offers if any and implementation

- Informing stores about offers if any and implementation

- Highlighting and resolving issues at store level if any

- Visiting every store every week and ensuring brand visibility at stores

- Store relationship/ WD management Getting additional space in the store

- Getting customer insights and feedback on the product

- Getting additional volume business

- Meeting with store managers and store department managers

- Marinating relations with store teams

- New Appointment Appointing new ISD's at stores which are high potential

- Training promoters and merchandisers Conducting monthly meeting with all the ISD's & motivating them

- Sharing monthly target with all ISD's and monitoring

- Training modern trade staff about the product and its features

Job Location: Mumbai (4 openings) and Chennai
