- Cash flow management, providing cash flow reports to portfolio/fund managers. - Tracking and updating of corporate actions to be booked in the system. - Accounting of Income and expenses in system.Preparing calculation of expenses to be accrued like- Management, FA, Custody and other expenses. Monitoring and payment of monthly expenses to third party, advance tax payment etc. - Client on-boarding, creating client master and uploading it in the system for new investors. Maintaining client data. - Account opening activity - Banks / Mutual Funds / Brokers for investment. Liaising with bank for creation of Margin / Investment FDs. - Bank and Holding reconciliation - Providing MIS and resolving queries of investor service team. - Master creation in system - Broker, Client, Bank etc. - Trade matching and other end of day activities related to portfolio in the system. - Sharing entries with FA team and maintaining their books of accounts. - Handling all Internal, Statutory auditors &Sebi auditors - Preparing regulatory reports like SEBI Monthly, quarterly reports. - Preparing MIS reports for internal stake holders/ Sales team/ Senior management. - Good Knowledge of MS-office - Word, Excel, PPT. - System Knowledge - Wealth Spectrum, Bloomberg.
