Key Responsibilities:

- Business Plan - Performing yearly business plan activity involving projection of the Margins, EV, Stat Profit etc.

- Creation of sales file for Business Plan and performing checks.

- Performing Experience analysis of mortality and persistency

- Supporting the team in key IRDAI deliverables (Mortality & Persistency report, FCR)

- Performing the assumption setting for mortality and lapses to determine the assumptions to be used in pricing, EV and valuation.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and report writing skills.

2. Proficient in MS Excel and MS word and knowledge of Prophet and DCS.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Measure of Success:

1. Meeting the TAT defined

2. Accuracy of numbers

3. Insights provided
