Job Description:

- Accuracy and Presentation of MIS related to overseas business

- Timely submission of MIS & Meeting Data

- Merging Cash Flow of other entities & elimination of intra-group transaction.

- Management Accounts & MIS , Monthly, Quarterly & Year End Financial statements, Business Plan with Profitability Reporting under IGAAP & UGAAP.

- Preparation & tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports.

- Adding Various Synergies in the business.

- Collecting and summarizing reports (MIS) from various department heads and formulating strategies for improvement.

- Finalizing of month end P&L and Balance sheets and discussion with management.

- Performing analysis of revenue versus expenses, monthly tracking of ratios to check break even and profit values.

- Presenting important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to the Heads across all departments including Sales & Marketing, Logistics and so on.
