- Recruitment - Sourcing to Onboarding, Campus Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Vendor Management.
- Should adept at people management, maintain healthy employee relations with various employee referral programs for creating an amicable transparent environment.
- Should possess strong communication and inter personal skills. Dynamic go-getter & quick learner with ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets within the TAT deadlines.
- Timely filling up the positions without causing any obstruction to the operations.
- To be responsible for Manpower Planning and recruiting manpower as per the budgets.
- Should be responsible for end to end recruitment process for Mid Management and above level.
- Coordinate with the NGO's and Other Government agencies for supplying of quality of Manpower to the organisation.
- Responsible for completing the total Recruitment Process as per the given budget for new and upcoming ventures
