Deputy Head - Projects - Construction

The candidate should have headed at least two projects of worth more than 250 cr. Must have 360 degree vision in design, MEP, finishes and execution. Should have a strong grip on numbers, coefficients and thumb ratios. Aware of latest construction technologies, its advantages and limitations.

Well conversant with acad, excel, ms projects and primavera. Strong at scheduling, time crunching and strategizing. Large part of the experience should be preferably in high end hospitality projects, end to end from inception to handover. Should have interacted with high end consultants and leading operators. Must be articulate in intent and excellent in spoken and written communication.

DY head projects

1) minimum experience: 20 years in the Construction domain

2) A Civil degree is Mandatory, Masters degree an added advantage

3) The candidate should have headed at least two project more than 250 cr

4) Candidate should have 360 degree vision in design, MEP, finishes and execution

5) A strong grip on numbers, coefficients and thumb ratios required - strong on budgeting and controlling numbers through mis on monthly basis

6) Should be aware of latest construction technologies, its advantages and limitations

7) Candidate should be very well conversant with ACAD, excel, MS projects and primavera

8) Candidate should be experienced on scheduling, time crunching and strategizing

9) Should be a strong team builder and leader

10) Candidate's most of the experience should be preferably in high end hospitality projects ( Hotels) , Responsible for end to end process- starting from inception to handover

11) Candidate should have interacted with high end consultants and leading operators

12) Should be articulate in intent and excellent in spoken and written English

13) A stable candidate required - Should have tenure more than 3 years in associated jobs on 70 % work experience

14) This would be a transferable job. Candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere within the country
