- To ensure that the Functions follow the highest standards of compliance with all company's Policies and Procedures - To understand technical design, specifications and requirement of various types of Projects ( Logistic parks, Offices, Data Centre) - Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. - Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. - Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. - Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. - Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. - Develop and implement quality control programs. - Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at project site. - Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations - To ensure proper Vendor selection and Vendor Management, thereafter - To ensure compliance of appropriate terms and conditions of tender documents - To settle post contractual issues - Vendor development - Co-ordination with Consultants
