Role Title : Deputy Head - Corporate Governance / Leader - Corporate Governance   - Exposure of Manufacturing Industry and Indirect Taxation.  - Will need to operate from both Corporate and Plants as per need  - Able to make presentations on essential matters pertaining to CG   - Command over drafting of various Work Orders / Agreements  - Interaction with local people / Grampanchayat and other bodies   - Able to interpret the laws and its application to our factory.  - Good knowledge of Indirect Taxation, Labour Laws, Industrial laws and its applicability to chemical industry.  - Knowledge of various Govt. offices of the location.  - Knowledge of various licenses required for chemical factory.   - Liaison with labour office, Food and Drugs Admn. Office Electricity Board, Pollution control Board, Fire Department, MIDC / GIDC offices and ensuring compliance of all applicable laws.   - Liaison with Government Authorities and various state boards   - Preparation of budget and monitoring expenses.   - Keeping statutory data, required for inspection by government authorities.  - Conducting departmental enquiry of company employees.   - Coordinating advocates / solicitor firms in all legal matters of the company.  - Strong Communication skills, Interpretational skills, Correspondence skills & Computer skills.  - Good interpersonal relations and should have good teaming skills.  Ideal Candidate :   - Minimum 14 + years of experience  - Educational Qualification: B.Com. / B.
