- As the Deputy Head for International Business, lead the business expansion into international markets for the organization's energy efficiency product line. This involves strategizing market entry and liasing with relevant stakeholders in governments for effective expansion.

EESL has evolved as South Asia's first and foremost energy efficiency leader, leads the market-related activities of the National Mission for Enhanced Energy Efficiency. It has initiated scheme to give wider access to energy saving products for reduced carbon emissions. It has started various other initiatives for Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) across India's energy intensive industries.
Description
- Setup and operationalize of dedicated international business unit with clear strategy for market entry, product offerings and government
- Leading a team across 1 - 2 overseas geographies to operationalize business, create local partnerships and develop local vendors
- Develop effective pipe liaising line for sustained business growth by interacting and liaising with government stakeholders
- Stay updated with relevant market intelligence and regulations pertaining to Renewables in the assigned territory
- Liaise with internal teams for developing go-to-market strategy for the organisation
- New customer acquisition (G2G and G2B) in new geographies
- Represent the organisation in various forums which could be in the interest of business growth for the organisation
Profile
- MBA or other relevant masters degree from a reputed institute
- Experience with ESCO and energy efficiency business expansion in South-East Asia, West Africa and Asia
- 8+ years in a leading ESCO company with sales and stakeholder management experience
- Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience working with international government stakeholders and partnerships
- Atleast 10 years of experience in business development in Renewable sector
