- Supporting the Head - Trading in day to day execution of trading requirements of the clients

- Managing the hedging strategies for the importers and exporters clientele spread across India

- Engagement with the clients by providing insights into market dynamics, economic outlook and events

- Client Reporting that ensure transparent positional status for all MTM transactions

- Automation & Risk management for the client business drawing support from COO & Risk teams

- Supporting the Head - Trading, in managing the day to day P&L management for the overall desk

- Engagement with the Head - Sales, Research & Consulting in devising trading strategies for the clients

Responsibilities :

- Hiring & scaling the trading to manage trade flow

- Training and guiding the trading team, enabling them to service clients better

- Ensure error-free trade flow, which includes

- Client interaction

- Trade execution

- Confirmation and EOD processing

- Get systems/platform in place for a seamless trading process

- Up gradation of technological requirements

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications Post Graduate or equivalent

Experience Minimum 4-6 years

Strong understanding and hands-on with the trading systems
