Deputy Head - Engineering - EPC Project Division (18-25 yrs)
We are hiring for a Deputy Head Engineering for their Projects Division.
The position will have the following job responsibilities:
The incumbent shall report to Director Engineering
- The incumbent shall lead all engineering disciplines/ functions e.g., Process Engineering, Static/Mechanical Engineering, Rotating Engineering, Piping & Materials Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Cold Box Engineering etc. All the discipline heads shall report to this position.
- The incumbent shall co-ordinate all engineering tasks assigned to the Engineering disciplines for proposal & project execution.
- The incumbent shall coordinate with Project Execution, Procurement & Construction team leads for timely receipt of input and delivery of Engineering Deliverables
- The incumbent shall assist Business Development team for solutions & estimation input during bidding phase.
- The incumbent shall present status of Engineering deliverables to the Management team on regular intervals.
- The incumbent shall assist hiring, training & development of the Engineering team
- The incumbent shall assess performance of the team based on the HR process
