Role : Labour Relations Lead

Qualification :

Graduate, Any Specialization PG : MBA/PGDM

HR/Industrial Relations :

- We are looking for incumbent who will be responsible for handling company's PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity & Litigation matters. The role require the individual to deal with various Govt. Officials for any compliance issues & time to time liaising with various Govt. authorities as well.

Essential Job Elements :

- Sound knowledge in Statutory Compliance part

- Oversee and ensure statutory compliance adherence at the Regional level

- Ability to comprehend complex issues and provide practical solutions to it

- Handing HR compliance, Labour Relation, ER-IR Issues & Employees Grievances

- Ensure maintenance of all necessary compliance related documentation

- Keep updated on all changes in labor laws/ statutory guidelines and take necessary actions (as and when required) for ensuring compliance in case of changes in any laws/ guidelines from time to time

- Acting as an independent reviewer to ensure that employment law Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

- Establish partnerships with internal and external legal advisors for compliance related issues

- Statutory Labour Matters compliance

- Review of existing practices and development of a revised system/framework for implementation

- Oversee of labour related court matters and timely response to closure

- Ensuring timely response on all Labour inspector's visit, making, vetting the response and closure

- Co-ordination with all Labour consultants and review of their performance

- Proactive co-ordination with labour authorities.

- Managing the labor law counsels-, consultants- deliverables and ensuring their services meet the agreed SLAs and results.

Strategic Inputs / Skills Required :

- Strong customer service orientation and client management skills

- Fundamentally a strong people manager. Should be able to guide a team to success
