YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: DGM : 10 - 12 years, GM : 14 - 16 years
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate / Post Graduate
REPORTING TO: Associate Director - Healthcare Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The resource should have Operational Excellence to build and manage large process (400+ resources). The person should have the ability to work in a high growth environment.
- The resource should have in depth knowledge of managing operations metrics - depth and width
- The resource would be responsible for end to end service delivery with high customer engagement with complete P & L responsibility - client relationship management/ costs/budgeting/ quality and process efficiencies/ work force management and other support functions to operations.
- The resource would be responsible for maintaining a strong customer relationship
- The resource would be responsible for managing a team of seasoned & tenured first liners & balance the team dynamics by providing thought & action leadership
- Should have handled large teams in HC process with in depth HC knowledge of payer and provider business
- Should be able to scale up and provide leadership to teams as the centre grows - HC to non HC business
STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Should have handled P n L responsibility
- Relevant exposure and depth in Healthcare Operations/ quality / transition etc.( depth of process know how)
- Should have eye for detail
- Should be mature - and be able to lead high-end first line
- Stability - should not have changed jobs frequently
- Ability to think out of the box - strategic thinking - (Larger picture)
- Very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOWs
- Ability to interact and manage multiple customers
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Should be Analytical
- Preferred from 3rd party BPO
- Should be resilient - ability to bounce back
- Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively - approx 400 + people
- Good project management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good educational pedigree
