KRAs: 1. Drive and Achieve Business objective in the Zone. 2. Develop and manage channel partners to enhance market share and enrich customer experience. 3. Build and Develop strong and effective sales team. 4. Ensure smooth functioning of zones by maintaining relations with various departments. Prospects & Challenges : 1. It's a P&L role for the zone.
