Deputy General Manager - Transitions F&A Process at Leading MNC

- Lead independent transitions F&A practice

- Own and drive transition programs; solution support and transition

- Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new transition implementation, products, and services

- Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs

- Own the bid management process and build winning solutions

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support

- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & own/lead responses to customer requests for information, proposals et al

- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.

- Own the solution and overall value proposition

- Base Location : Hyderabad

EXPERIENCE :

- 10-12 years of overall experience and should be from the transition space mandatorily.

- Should have managed multiple bids.

- Mandatory exposure as transition solution architect on large to mid- size deals

- Well-rounded/ holistic experience in solution designing and should have handled large deals and been at the front-end of transitions in the BPO Industry.

- Solutioning experience in F&A processes

- Multi-geography transitions will be added advantage
