Accountable for Managing the Operations Training Function By :
- Providing transformational leadership to manage effective and efficient
- Mechanisms/processes to support the growth of goss for functional trainings
- Managing effective knowledge transfers during transitions
- Manage the continuum of seamless training delivery for aligned lobs and teams
- Ensuring the team of people are appropriately motivated, trained and retained within
Responsibility:
Transformational Leadership:
- Draw out and articulate a clear vision stakeholders and team, manage delivery of the vision.
- Tie the vision to the business strategy for its achievement
- Express confidence, decisiveness and optimism about the vision and its implementation.
- Challenge the status quo and encourage creativity among team members
Manage Knowledge Transfers (KT) In Transitions:
- Must have a strong appreciation and experience in knowledge transfer efforts and transitions
- Design knowledge transfer strategy by partnering with the transition team and the operations teams.
- Manage risks associated with kt in new transitions
- Develop metrics to measure success of knowledge transfer and readiness of group to start independent work
Manage The Breadth Of Training Delivery:
- Create and communicate a clear strategy/plan for the support of training needs of aligned lobs/teams
- Manage delivery of training through measurable, documented and defined processes
- Monitor, track and report status of training's at defined frequencies
- Collaborate for creating learning interventions and frameworks to support development of skills and capabilities
Team Management:
- Sets the agenda for the growth/future development of l&d resources
- Manage and plan utilization & headcount for training team
- Responsible for developing and coaching managers (both direct and indirect reportees) and contributing to organization.
- Promotes an environment where associates are encouraged to continuously learn, develop skills and innovate
