A Large Business House ( $50-60 bn) having interests across Telecom, Metals, Fibre, Retail, Garments, Financial Sector across India & other geographies is hiring for a Talent Management Professional for its Corporate Team to be based in Mumbai & the roll reports

Qualification : MBA from a Premier B School

Position : DGM Talent Management - Group Human Resources

Job Purpose : To support & Drive the Talent Management program for the organization

Key Result Areas :

- Manage the Talent Management initiative in in the Organization & Support the Leaders to build & develop a talent pipeline

-Identification of the Talent Pool in organization as per Talent Management Framework; Facilitate IDP discussions & to Ensure that Individual development plans (IDPs) plans are written & executed; Supporting role in identification of Critical positions in organization and ensuring succession plan in place

- Identify & Consolidate Learning needs of Corporate Functions to arrive at a Learning Road Map; ensure delivery of programs & other non training activities in order to meet Learning needs

- Initiate, Coordinate and facilitate the performance management process at the organization to ensure timely closure of the processes; Support leaders to set quality goals to help build a high performance culture

- Ensure and Manage Key OE initiatives to make the company a great place to work; Driving Participation in the company wide surveys through effective communication campaigns, communicating results across levels, Analysis of data received through survey, Identification of areas where actioning is needed both overall and corporate function wise; design and implementation of the action plan in association with stakeholders; Follow upon implementation of the plan as per responsibilities assigned, Evaluation of the impact of the action plan on the various parameters of employee engagement through- interaction with the stakeholders;

- Implementing & Drive Key Diversity Initiatives & Educating employees on company values through workshops, Driving use of E learning module

- Implement Key Work life balance & employee engagement initiatives to make company a Great place to work

Qualification : Graduation + PG in HR from a Leading B School

Experience : 10 to 12 years of experience
