Applicant must be Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, preferably MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management.
Note: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred (Max notice Period: 30 days).
Experience :
1) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
2) Must have exposure to work with Infrastructure Company and managed hiring for Railways/Highways/Smart Cities etc.
3) Good command over MS Word, Excel and Power-point.
4) Prior experience of working in Roads & Highway Sector.
