The Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner will play a key role in leading talent acquisition efforts and providing strategic HR support as a business partner. This position requires a blend of talent acquisition expertise, HR business partnering skills, and leadership capabilities to drive recruitment initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across various functions and levels.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing techniques, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding.
2.HR Business Partnering:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and department heads, providing HR support and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify HR needs and opportunities for improvement within assigned business units and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3.Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and fair manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
4.Talent Development and Succession Planning:
- Identify key talent within the organization and develop strategies for talent development, career progression, and succession planning.
- Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.
- Support leadership development programs and mentorship opportunities
