Principal Accountability : Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition team to plan, strategize, and execute employer branding for the entire group. Job Responsibility :&nbsp; 1. As a Talent Acquisition Lead you'll support chain of Hospital units and leaders to strategically address talent management needs. 2. You'll develop and implement human capital and full lifecycle talent acquisition initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies. 3. Proactively identify human resource initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins. 4. Leverage reporting and data to drive analytics to better understand talent aligned to business results. 5. Participate in leadership meetings and drive the talent agenda. 6. Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex hires across a variety of functional groups 7. Execute effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, our team and other relevant passive recruitment methods.
