Designation: Customer Service & Distribution Manager

Level - DGM

Location: Gurgaon (frequent visit to WH locations)

Level of Interactions brand heads / category heads / WH head / IT team frequently to directors

Direct reporting- VP Supply Chain

Measurable actions:

1. Demand planning for season taking inputs from various brands

2. Generating demand fulfilment plans for channels . EBO / MBO / LFR / SIS / E-com in collaboration with sourcing team

3. Incorporating seasonal events like EOSS/promos/mid-season demands in demand planning

4. Measuring OTIF against demand fulfilment plans and taking corrective actions

5. Supporting Brand and sales team with numbers for pending invoicing and pushing to achieve same

6. Conducting monthly D&SP meeting

7. Measuring OTIF of goods servicing to customer against committed plans

8. Supporting WH for stock liquidation of old and obsolete stocks if any .

9. Custodian of inventory for both "FRESH" and "RETURN" finished goods.

10. Maintaining committed stock level across WH by providing support to WH team

11. Stock allocation to channels as per business requirement.

12. Arranging DA's/OBD's (outbound deliveries) as per committed billing to channels.

Interactive actions:

1. Collaborative working with brand team for effective demand management

2. Collaborative working with brand team for effective fulfilment management

3. Generation of quality MIS on dau to day servicing to customer

4. Control and observation of non-ARS orders

5. Supporting business for EOSS / promo events

6. Supporting supply chain head for MIS on inventory / cost / freight etc.

Skills required:

1. Brilliant communication skills

2. Adept in excel and power point tool

3. Adept in presenting to GM / VP level stakeholder

4. Very strong in data integrity

5. Hard working and sound in integrity

6. Willing to travel domestic and abroad

7. Eager to take bigger responsibility
