Job Description :

- Strategy Planning :

1. Develop Scenarios based on trends, insights, etc

2. Formulate & execute strategy projects across business functions

3. Conduct environmental scan, synthesis of primary & secondary insights

- Change Management Projects :

1. Collaborate with stakeholders, develop roadmap for execution

2. Understand culture, and past experience in handling big change management projects

- New Technology / Disruption :

1. Working on evaluation of new technologies,

2. Creation & execution of digital transformation initiatives

3. Developing new business models for the VUCA world

- New Revenue Streams identification, Business case & Pilot
