Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - R&D - Auto Component Manufacturing

Reporting to Managing Director/ R&D Director, Matrix reporting

Position Overview Strategically lead and drive the company's R&D function

Experience:

- Approx. 15-20 years experience with 4-5 years leadership role in an auto component manufacturing/ engineering company and exposure of handling a medium sized turnover business.

- Emphasis on manufacturing operations, project management and organization development. This role also involves a great deal of strategic execution through operational excellence.

Location: Pune

Qualifications: B.E./B.tech. Mechanical/Electronics from a reputable university,BE Electronics preferred

Responsibilities

- Ensure the product's development: Adherence of quality methods; Keep the development plan up to date; Ensure timely completion of each work package; Define and supervise work packages of Technical Development and manage necessary changes, Coordination with customers, suppliers and Industrial Engineering.

- Knowledge of Automotive Electronics products (i.e Instrument clusters,Motors Etc)

- PCB Knowledge

- Master's / Bachelor's degree in engineering
