Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - Project Management - Oil & Gas/EPC

Job Description :

BE/ Tech Engineer with 14 to 18 years of experience in Overall Project Management, Client/Vendor Coordination, Contracts Knowledge, Claims and Risk Control, Good interpersonal skills, A leader with clear thinking and people management skills, commercial acumen and time bound performance are pre-requisites for this role etc of mega EPC Project in Oil, Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical sector with leading EPC Organization

Key Accountabilities :

- Overall responsibility as Project Lead in setting up Oil & Gas / EPC project, which includes project design, erection, commissioning to commercial production

- Responsible to develop a detailed project plan and execute Design Standards in line with EPC / Oil & Gas Industry

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Ensure all project expenditure is properly controlled, monitored, forecast and complete in line with project budget

- Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff

- Responsible for ensuring the health, safety & environmental standards are fully considered on project.

- Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of the project

Qualifications :

- BE / B Tech. in Engineering. Masters degree in Project Management or relevant stream is added advantage

Experience :

- Minimum 14 years of experience in leading Oil &Gas/EPC companies in India.

- Should have executed 3 to 4 projects in related field.
