Biometrics SME - DGM / Sr. Manager- Travel & Tourism Services Industry

Purpose of the Role:

1. Ensure optimal uptime of biometric services

2. Improve Biometrics enrolment TAT by introducing innovative solution

3. Oversee a product management, customise a biometrics solution as per need of customer without disturbing integrity of the core product

4. Project management for a new rollout

5. Work with vendor to improve product scalability

6. Support Business Development team during RFP and RFI stages

Qualifications:

1. Graduate with IT certification / Global Equivalent Degree

2. 10 plus years of work experience in the field of Information Technology

3. 5-7 years of experience in application project management

4. Experience on multiple hardware and software environments and comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.

5. Knowledge on Software development process or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and has performed in role in that life cycle. The person needs an ability to share and communicate ideas verbally, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.

6. Worked very closely with vendor to ensure proper implementation.

7. Worked as a link between the needs of the organization and the developers.

8. Hands on experience in managing thick client and web base applications.
