- Evaluate, make plans and execute them resulting in improved in store presence

- Ensure better market hygiene by implementing proper scheme implementation

- Develop personal capability to drive business results and build organizational capability

- Designing short term and long term sales strategies for achieving annual target

Profile

A successful candidate

- Holds an MBA degree and has 10+ years of work experience in Personal care space

- Has extensive experience of handling distribution channel and GTM strategies

- Has successfully managed a team
