- Ensure better market hygiene by implementing proper scheme implementation
- Develop the personal capability to drive business results and build organizational capability
- Designing short term and long term sales strategies for achieving the annual target
Profile
A successful candidate
- Holds an MBA degree and has 10+ years of work experience in Personal care space
- Has extensive experience in handling distribution channel and GTM strategies
- Has successfully managed a team
