Education :

- Regular - MBA from Tier 1 B-School

- MBA with engineering degree (B.E / B.Tech) is preferable.

Location : Chennai

Experience : 15-20 years of experience in Direct / Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B)

Designation - DGM Sales & Marketing

Job Profile :

- The Candidate should have experience from Packaging & Printing and allied products or -related Industry.

- Responsible for Business Development, sales & marketing operations, achieving top & bottom line targets, retention and development of team.

- Provide organization directional inputs and work closely with the Director S&M.

- Strategies, visualize and create new business opportunity plan for new opportunities in the existing and proposed segments.

- Experience to communicate and deliver presentation at high profile meetings (to top authorities, bureaucrat, government officials, big corporate houses etc.)
