Deputy General Manager Sales

- Handling a team of 20 members of Sales & Marketing and CRM

- Handling Pre launch, Sales, Post sales & CRM of all projects at Pune location.

- Developing Strategies & Plans for maximum Inquiries, Sales and Product Marketing & Branding.

- Motivating team members to achieve Monthly & Yearly Sales target.

- Solving various queries & help in closing the deal.

- To attend corporate clients in group for bulk booking.

- Deals with National & International high profile Clients (HNI's), IPC's and Local Property Consultants.

- Maintain Healthy & Long term relationships with existing customers for future business.

- Participate in Product Design, Product Pricing, Promotional activities, brochure design and Business strategies etc.

- Participate in preparation of yearly Sales & Marketing Budget.

- Co-ordinate with Advertising agencies for promotional activities, Product Branding & Advt. champion etc...

- Developing Strategies & Plans for timely Payment Collections and maximum Registrations.

- Helping Customer support team for Document Registration, Registration date fixing, NOC preparation, Payment follow-ups, Payment Collection on time, Sending Demand letters, Making payment Receipts, Document Franking, Maintain records etc

- Co-ordinate with Registrar office for Registration.

- Co-ordinate with Housing Finance Companies and various Banks for APF approval, Housing Loan sanction & faster Housing Loan disbursement for clients.

- Co-ordinate with Architect for Sanction plan (Blue print), Architect Certificate, Project layout etc...

- Assuring adequate fund flow in the company every month for smooth function of the organization.

- Handling day to day site operation & administration activities.

- Conduct Product & Marketing training program for new staff.

- Prepare Performance report of staff for yearly increment.

- Co-ordinate with construction division for Modifications.

- Co-ordinate with construction division for possessions.

- Prepare Enquiry, Booking, Collection, Registration etc... reports on monthly basis for Management.

Experience of Direct Sells of Luxurious Housing Complex, High End & Big Tickets.
