Candidate should be
1) Around 35 years of age.
2) Familiar with business houses in the industrial manufacturing sector
3) Hands on working in North India market
Role :
1) Responsible for sales across products and regions and ensure yields across products.
2) Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across region
3) Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
4) Achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
5) Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability
6) Periodically review distributor performance
7) check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
8) Conduct effective and accurate market research
9) Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
10) Monitor and analyze sales reports received and also market feedback
11) Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
12) Motivate and monitor sales activities
13) Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
14) Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
