Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead generation & Client acquisitions
- Individual Targets and Team Targets
- Responsible to deliver a set GOP target from the new customer acquisition
- Initiate cross sell and up-sell opportunities
- Take the product to new customers
- Responsible for positioning Yatra as a leading Corporate Travel Management company in the market
- RFI & RFP response management including India Level Presentations
- Hiring and development of the employees in the region
- Act as the first point of escalation before the management for the entire region
- Forecasting monthly Revenue and Net Revenue numbers based on the dynamic changes in the Airline industry
- Identify efficiencies in project execution and assist team members in the implementation of the same
- Assist in implementing, transitioning, customizing processes in line with the client requirements in conjunction with the Client Management team
