Deputy General Manager - Sales

DGM - Sales - West

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Will be responsible for the Supervision of multiple depots in the West.

- Drive Sales and Collection

- Responsible for driving the sales and collection of entire west region.

- Supervising existing Sales team and building an additional sales force.

- Manage the team to drive forward-looking Sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers.

- Develop and strengthen the team in terms of communication and motivation.

- Lead and Supervise 11 Branch Managers and 13 depots in West.

- Responsible for monitoring dealer schemes within allotted budgets.

- Inventory monitoring & Depot management.

- A strategic thinker and has excellent influencing skills to inspire others to achieve business goals.
