Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Essential:

- Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation) to summarise and explain complex issues to a variety of audiences (including senior stakeholders).

- Self-motivated to provide timely and good quality services for stakeholders' ad-hoc requests whilst managing priorities to ensure the completion of other longer-term deliverables.

- Business acumen and ability to identify varied business problems and suggest solutions, even "out of the box"

Experience:

- Data Analytics and Reporting experience

- Working in virtual multi-national environment

- Proven experience with international accounting standards (IFRS) and telecommunications industry

- Experience with new accounting standards e.g. IFRS15, IFRS16, IFRS9

- Significant knowledge about SOx controls

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Accounting/Finance University Degree with 6-8 years business experience

- Accounting qualification e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.

- Preferred big 4 experience

- In depth SAP and SAP RAR system knowledge

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
