Hiring a Deputy General Manager for a leading telecom company based in Mumbai.  JD :  - To control churn as a % of active base  - Ensure seamless On boarding processes for newly acquired customers  - To identify, build and execute robust predictive churn activities  - To develop Revenue enhancement, high service levels and maximize retention in the HNI, Club 10 & High ARPU customers.  - To hold customer engagement programs to obtain information on customer / market feedback and identify process gaps that are churn impacting.  - Ring fence postpaid & prepaid customers.  Key Accountabilities :  Retention : To Minimize churn and improve retention from all processes.To improve revenue churn.  Revenue enhancement : To protect the existing revenue from post & pre customers & drive revenue enhancement.  Cost saving : Running the retention processes at optimum levels.
