Key Result Areas:
- Working as DGM (Business Development, Execution & Support, and Product Training) assigned product.
- Leading planning & forecasting preparation of activities roadmap and ensuring execution so that team can achieve CAA sales target
- Generating business from new accounts and monitoring the major key accounts [Assigned Territory]
- Delivering training to Internal Team/Dealers/Fabricators for products, business development considering market changing behavior Monitoring the basics of business and correcting the same so that foundation of the business becomes efficient
- Coordinating with the IT team to develop applications of the entire end-to-end business process
- Liaising with the Architects to make specifications and also addressing in Architect/Dealers/Contractors meet
- Managing the development of new product applications and monitoring receivables periodically with target dates to close issues
- Administering after-sales service and establishing relationship with business decision makers to get continuous business support
