Necessary Skills / Attributes

Accountabilities :

1. Collating and Analyzing the Site / Store Proposals for all stores for any issues and providing technical assistance to Branch / Store Identification teams during the site short listing stage.

2. Ensuring that all projects are executed as per Brand Guidelines and within the stipulated cost, time and quality parameters in coordination with Cheil, Procurement, Regional Retail and Regional/HO Business Teams.

3. Closely Monitoring the Layout Development and the BoQ development for each site in coordination with with Cheil. 4. ensuring all sites are executed as per the process starting from initiation and terminating at handover in coordination with Cheil.

5. Ensuring complete Financial Management of the Project including Budget Management, PP / EO creation and closures and adherence to any other Financial requirements of the project
