Requirement -

- 10+ years of experience in P&C reinsurance, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of reinsurance principles, methodologies, and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities :

- Review and interpret reinsurance contracts to ensure accurate implementation of terms and conditions.

- Coordinate with underwriters and actuaries to ensure timely and accurate setup of reinsurance programs in the system.

- Analyze reinsurance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Handle the administration of reinsurance claims, including verification, validation, and settlement in accordance with contract terms.

- Liaise with claims adjusters, brokers, and reinsurers to resolve complex claims issues and disputes.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and other external partners.

- Conduct periodic reconciliation of reinsurance accounts, premiums, and reserves to ensure accuracy and completeness.
