Deputy General Manager - Recruitment - BPO

One of our Premier Client is looking for Deputy General Manager - Recruitment for their Mumbai location. Pls find below a brief description of the role.

- Minimum 12 to 15 years exp in Talent acquisition

- Strong knowledge of Team management

- Strong experience in Vendor Management

- Strong exp in a Service Delivery management

- GOOD EXP IN MANPOWER PLANNING THROUGH GOOD JOB ANALYSIS

- Maintaining and furthering relationships with clients by improving pre-and post-sale processes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should be a Senior Manager/AGM in his current role

- Should have worked on mid to senior level mandates across functions

- Team Management & motivator

- Excellent communication skills

- Industry/Sector(BPO industry) knowledge and should have a good network

- Must be object-oriented for the organization & smart thinking.
