Responsibilities :
- Strategic workforce planning in consultation with HR Heads of different businesses
- Build, Improve and deploy effective recruitment process across all businesses to ensure alignment of quality of hire, organization's EVP philosophy, best global hiring practices by stakeholder engagement that includes RPO partner (s), Campus Hiring, IJPs and sourcing agencies
- Program Manager RPO and Leadership hiring across AFS. This includes change management, Quality of Hire, Contract Management, Process Efficiency Metrics, TAT, Cost Per Hire and Scales Monitoring,
- Develop and implement a robust mechanism to measure Quality of Hire and leverage the use of analytics to measure effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Ensure capability building within the HR team and the line managers ( interviewers ) to enable good quality of hire
- Benchmarking RPO / recruitment best practices with SIAM organizations etc
- Drive the campus hiring program (GET / PGET) and build strong employer brand in the campus through various initiatives
- Process owner for third party recruitment including identifying vendors & standardizing terms and conditions
- Manage various external partners and monitor their performance and build a strong working relationship with them
