Deputy General Manager - Quality Assurance - Manufacturing

Position: DGM - Quality Assurance

Role and Responsibilities - 

- Manage and maintain the Company's quality inspection programs for incoming, in-process materials, components, processed, finished components and machines

- Identifying usage and requirement of QC tools and provide the same w.r.t. parts and product quality plans.

- Defining and maintaining quality method/procedures and documentation in conjunction with operation team.

- Liaising with customers to ensure good level of satisfaction from product quality and performance as per defined parameters and customers- specifications.

- Promoting and Implementing Quality Management System concepts, methodologies and tools throughout the organization

- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization

- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of QA/QC goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems as defined by management to meet and ISO requirements, internal bench marks with business context and company profitability, including budgetary control.

- Regular report to top management on the performance of the product, process quality Metrics and Key performance indicators to comply with QMS.

- Integral involvement in ISO implementation activities.

- Ensuring compliance with related national and international quality standards

- Liaise with the external assessment bodies for accreditation process

- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training to QC team

Qualification: BE Mechanical
