Deputy General Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain - FMCG

Location: Rampur (Uttar Pradesh)

Job Description:

- Procurement Material Handled: Packaging Material for Liquor Packaging which includes, Cartoon s, Mono Cartoons, Labels, Caps ( ROPP / Guala ), Glass Bottles, pet bottles

- Defining the purchasing strategy and map on supplier business share while addressing long term objective and optimised spend of category. Challenge, improve and develop a long-term vision of supplier portfolio strategy

- On time delivery of Material & Finished Goods.

- Review and update procurement strategy and quality through market intelligence, supplier meetings

- Supply Planning for Material supply.

- SNOP planning Costing & Pricing of packaging material.

- Inter stakeholder management.

- Inventory Management (Aging & Utilization) Production plan execution support in time.

- Cost optimization within the budget defined

- Minimize right off of inventory

- Working closely with finance, taxation, quality, marketing and technical team on budget and operational activities

Skills Required:

- SAP implementation experience (MRP)

- Change management experience in the complexity

- Should have good negotiation skills

- Good SAP Application Skills in MM module

- Good EXCEL Skills
