Reports to : VP - PEX

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 10+ yrs of which minimum of 6 + years in the area of quality implementation, preferably in Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management, TQM or CMMI. It is desirable to hire some one with telecom engineering background.

Education : Full time Graduation is mandatory, Bachelors in any discipline - Science / Commerce / Engineering;

Knowledge Required : MBB Mandate. Six Sigma, Lean and knowledge of Basic Statistics, Should be familiar with Minitab 16 or above

Skills / Competencies : Project management, Process management, Change management, Facilitation skills, Mentoring

- Spread the culture of Process Excellence in the organization

- Continuous improvement of processes : Facilitate structured problem solving workshops

- Facilitate implementation of Lean/Six-Sigma best practices
