We have an urgent requirement for Process Excellence/Improvement role with one of our client

About Client : Our client is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services

Job Location : Mumbai

Desired Experience Range : 10 + years

Role : Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Process Excellence

Job Description :

- Drive continuous improvement culture and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations

- Hands-on experience with Lean tools to eliminate waste and execute high-impact process improvement projects in addition to mentoring and facilitation of Green Belt projects

- Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operation, Transition, Training, On-site teams and Clients to optimise Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value in multiple client engagements

- Ability to drive new age methodologies - Robotics Automation, Predictive Analytics

- Drive value initiative basis industry benchmarking and best in class studies

- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers (both at onsite and offshore) to understand their pain areas and identify solutions by bringing insights to challenge and modify current approaches/ways of doing things

- Work closely with Operation teams to obtain the input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze business risks. Work across traditional functional boundaries to mitigate risks and establish common goals to deliver value to the business

- Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems, and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement

- Ability to manage a team of senior managers and create, retain talent and coach them to drive organization's vision

Profile of Desired Candidate :

- Must be certified Black Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology

- Must have 10+ years of relevant work experience

- Experience in HealthCare/Pharma/Lifescience vertical is mandatory.

- Experience of working in a global and virtual team/consulting assignment would be a definite advantage

- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills

- Must have high energy levels and ability to influence stakeholders

- Should be a self-starter
