To facilitate timely completion of network rollout / expansion project in line with overall business plan

DETAILs :

- Coordinate with Circle Deployment and SCM and Acquisition Teams for smooth rollout.

- Review with circle Deployment on customer requirement and escalations frequently

"(i) Monthly and Weekly Target Setting with Customer based on SR's/SO's/HOTO.

(ii) Material and Partner Teams forecast.

(iii) Monitoring and supporting Circles for Project delivery as per plan.

(iv) Drive programme across Circles for Managing Post RFAI issues"

- Tracking with circles and Customer for mRFAI/mRFS Sign off

- Weekly/Monthly Governance with Customer and all communication for progress update and support for circles.

- Ensure Process Compliance by Circle Deployment team and conduct periodical reviews.

- Ensure all milestones are offered only on System and all teams using tools appropriately.

- Ensure all SOPs & Guidelines are being followed and Compliance checks to review the same.

- Ensure Weekly Review with Circle teams on Targets and Issues. Support teams for early closure and Communication with Corporate Customers.

- PMP certification.
