Deputy General Manager - P&L - eCommerce Division/Online Business

Will be heading the ecommerce division of a particular category.

- Responsible for P&L management

- Responsible for driving marketing at national level from E-Commerce platforms

- Look for business expansion opportunities in MRT and E-Commerce format and execute the same

- Build strategic outlook for achieving short term and long term growth for different product categories

- Build organizational insight on market analysis, competitors, emerging challenges and opportunities to leverage

- Hands-on knowledge about SKUs, current consumer trends and upcoming fashion styles

- Manage sales team based at regions and central team of Online sales team

- Run sales and product training for sales team member

- Manage relationships with existing partners in large format stores and E-Commerce to build synergies
