Position: Deputy General Manager - Operations Strategy

Reports to: Vice President, Operations Strategy

Job location: Corporate Office (Mumbai)

Education : B.E/B.Tech - Civil + MBA

Core Objective: Deliver project on time and to desired quality, with reasonable achievement of cost objectives.

Job Responsibilities

- All responsibility of Operations Manager / Lead + responsibility for project economics i.e. Profit NPV maximization (not just cost) jointly with Business Strategy counterpart. Key additional responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordination with Business Strategy counterpart and Corporate functions (legal, finance, HR etc.) to maximize NPV/optimize cashflow

- Development planning (master planning, fsi planning, product mix, phasing, etc) with a view to maximize NPV/optimize cashflow.

- Understand S&M/Business Strategy inputs for product and aligning with product design process

- Marketing Project end to end operational responsibility (starting at time of brief initiation and taking through to handover) - quality, time and cost. Key responsibilities will include:

- execution strategy planning

- end to end development planning / program management in line with the development objectives; periodic review of development progress vs. Plan

- tender / package review and coordination

- innovation in development to support improvements in quality and time

- MP budget setting and Cost-to-complete review (annual)

- Driving value engineering

- Working with Project Director to ensure effectiveness of Project office
