Deputy General Manager - Merger & Acquisition - FMCG

Job Description :

- Work on M&A projects/ deals for groups inorganic growth and Coordination with other parties related to M&A business development activities.

- Formulating strategy, FP ( Financial Planning) for both Service & Manufacturing Industries.

- Prepare business reports & Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Close M&A transactions and work on post-closing implementation strategies.

- Should have experience of working on several end-to-end Buy-side, Sell-side, geographical expansion transactions across various sectors. Packaging Industry will be preferred.

- Experience on steps of merger & acquisitions like, due diligence, opportunity analysis, financial modelling.

- Co-ordination with external advisers . Involved in budgeting, forecasting & performance analysis for the group Companies. Evaluating M & A, JV & greenfield project.

- Post-merger integration and effective utilization of Corporate Finance function

- Should have experience in FMCG Industry.
