Background: 1. The incumbent should have secured a Bachelor's degree in MEP Engineering from a reputed institute. 2. The incumbent should have a minimum of 15-18 years experience of working with Design offices / Real Estate firms. Professional Experience: The incumbent should have: 1. Sound technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical &amp; PHE design; with hands on experience in design coordination; 2. Worked independently on design &amp; delivery of at least 2 Commercial / Hospitality Projects; 3. Experienced in handling multiple projects at one time. Working experience across multiple regions shall be an added advantage; 4. Sound understanding of the NBC &amp; other applicable code(s); 5. Good knowledge of the referral International codes; 6. Sound understanding of the RERA guidelines; 7. Worked towards achieving the due Certifications for Sustainability (LEED / GRIHA); 8. Worked in an environment fostering methodical working; 9. Experienced in managing a team; 10. Deft in both internal and external stake holder management; 11. The ability to deliver under tight timelines; 12. Sound understanding of the post-handover / Operations issues; 13. Worked on tender documentation &amp; possess a sound understanding of budgets &amp; costs; 14. Experience in working closely with the site team and respective Contractors/vendors; 15. Extremely deft at Risk identification, timely escalation &amp; formulating mitigation strategies; 16. Ability to shoulder the responsibility of creating MIS for Management feedback; Key Skill Areas: 1. Should be an excellent Team player; 2. Should be self-motivated with a great self-drive; 3. Enthusiastic to acquire new learnings and share knowledge; 4. Microsoft, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tool proficiencies required; 5. Prior understanding of Cloud based Drawing Management portals preferred;
