1. Marketing Strategy
- Formulate and articulate Communication/Marketing strategy in line with organizational vision
- Develop a detailed Marketing Plan and budget with list of key initiatives to be undertaken
2. Brand building and Corporate Communication
- Build an enduring, differentiated and sustainable brand for the organisation(projects and other initiative) through consistency in communication to all external stakeholders
- Draft and periodically update the brand manual and communicate to all partner agencies
- Ensure that the brand and visual identity is maintained across
- Ensure organisation gets all-inclusive positive media coverage through corporate articles, press notes and forum discussions
- Focus on conceptualisation and implementation of unique brand properties through involvement of all stakeholders
- Take complete responsibility of developing and implementing the digital strategy of the organisation
3. Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
- Finalise approach and theme for marketing campaigns include targets for lead generation and bookings in collaboration with Sales team and other stakeholders
- Design the brief for marketing initiatives and project launches including campaign objectives and value proposition
- Detail the channel and media strategy; brief team and partner agencies accordingly.
- Work closely with partner agencies on a continuous basis to ensure that ideation and execution is as per the brief and deadlines including marketing collaterals
- Work with Sales team to maximise sources for lead generation including customer referrals
- Review effectiveness of marketing initiatives vs targeted outcomes along with Sales team and fine tune campaign implementation accordingly
4. Market & Consumer Research
- Scan the environment on a continuous basis for new developments in the real estate sector. Keep abreast of competitors' image and media initiatives periodically
- Provide inputs to Sales and design team regarding industry trends, market opportunities, project wise competition etc.
- Drive consumer research through quantitative and qualitative methodologies for better understanding of target customer and customer feedback
- Work closely with Sales and Facilities management team to create a positive customer perception
5. Managerial responsibilities
- Proactively establish and maintain MIS and records for the department
- Guide and mentor the team (10-12 team members) through periodic monitoring of performance
- Drive selection of advertising, PR and other agencies based on pre-defined criteria and reference checks
