1. Preparation & execution of annual marketing plans with a road map of quarterly & monthly milestones in consultation with sales revenue targets

2. Lead generation to support sales - online as well as offline - within the assigned budget

Qualifications:

1. Tier 1 business school - 8 -10 years of experience especially digital marketing in real estate sector preferably residential

2. Adept in digital campaigns and social media

3. Should be able to draw insights from Consumer research and come up with relevant solutions

4. Analytical ability

5. Result oriented
